In the case where we must gain access to a property to hunt for your lost item(s), we may be required to provide the property owner with your information in order for them to grant access and or verify the validity of your/our claim.

We may at times digitally record audio, video or E-Mail testimonials for our website and or advertisement purposes.  We do not disclose your personal information, however we may at times mention the City/State such as "Fort Lauderdale, FL".  A photograph of your lost item and you holding your item may also be used for our advertisement purposes such as but not limited to our Website.

Our Mailing list/Newsletter is generated within our own company and we never provide your E-Mail address to any outside company.

 If at anytime you wish to be removed from our Mailing List/Newsletter you need only E-Mail us with your name and E-Mail address and we will manually remove you from that list.  You may re-subscribe at anytime thereafter.
